Save Beautiful MiMi ! ***SHY, LOVING & VERY SWEET SENIOR DUMPED BECAUSE SHE SCRATCHED THE 4-MONTH-OLD BABY, DESPITE GETTING ALONG WITH THE OTHER 3 KIDS - PLEASE GRANT MIMI A DEATH ROW PARDON!!!*** After giving her old owner THIRTEEN YEARS of unconditional love & devotion, poor MIMI, a 13-year-old brown tabby senior beauty, was tossed into the kill-happy ACC. Her back story is heart-breaking: Mimi is described by her owner as a very shy, yet loving cat. Mimi grew up with the familys three children (now ages 4, 7, & 12). Mimi has usually tolerated the behavior of young children (even allowing them to pull her tail) & will still tolerate handling from the four year old. She has been a bit hesitant with the newest child (4 months old). She hisses & tries to avoid him. Owner stated that she did scratch the baby on his chin two months ago. Mimi, despite her fear in the scary shelter setting, still put her best paw forward during her behavior test, scoring a very good EXPERIENCE NO CHILD rating.
