Save bluey from what? There are no shortage of blue groper around NSW. Recreational fishing for this species is well managed and completely sustainable. These people from Save Our Marine Life employ some very dubious tactics to further their anti fishing agendas. Its a pity extremists from these groups take this sort of sensationalist line as it tends to alienate environmentally-conscious anglers (and there are plenty of us) away from the conservation movement. Shame on Save Our Marine Life for engaging in this sort of duplicitous, inaccurate and nonsensical campaigning.
