Say what you will about me as a parent, but I counter you with this... I have five amazing kids. Not merely average or easy to overlook. My oldest is in college and overcoming daily adversity to better himself. My next one is about to realize his long-term dream of being a United States Marine. My oldest daughter has never gotten a B in her life and is about to enter Upward Bound and has had the US Naval Academy chasing her for two years already and she is only fifteen. My next daughter is also preparing and fighting through personal struggles that stem from early life to join UB and pursue college and is one of the most affectionate people I know. My youngest son is an amazingly beautiful person who has been a delight to his teachers and excels in spelling and reading as well as good behavior. So, if you feel the need to criticize my parenting, then you beat be realistic and give me credit for the good stuff too!!! And what matters at the end if the day to me is not someone elses opinion but the fact that all five of my kids show unconditional love, care, and respect for me as a mother and are going places in this world, partially in thanks to lessons Ive helped instill along the way!!!
