Sazamas Fine Catering hosted an intimate Holiday Reception last evening in the Green Room for a lovely group, Vernal Management Consultants! The Station Buffets included a Carvery of Tenderloin, our famous Bella Roma Station, and a Gourmet Mashed Potato Martini Bar. Executive Chef Dan Niederloh, Sous Chef Shelly, Chefs Samantha, Miguel, and Johnny showcased their culinary expertise! The finale to this meal was an over-the-top Creme Brûlée topped with Chef Dans Sugar Art! Impeccable reviews all evening!
