Scary afternoon. Elanna was walking home from school. Two weeks ago I reluctantly gave in to her begging me to let her. Signed her out if her afterschool program. Today she was chased by a man who pretended to be handicapped, limp and all. After she passed him he started running quickly after her. She out ran him and ran into Walgreens and called me in hysterics... After 3 cops, a police report, and an interview with a juvenile detective she is fine. He is still out there. White male, in his 40s, black hair, five oclock shadow wearing a white hoodie and grey sweats. He was accompanied by a black male in his 40s(although he did not chase her). No telling what this man or men were trying to do to my daughter. Im thankful for the grace of God that my baby is safe, but make no mistake, if they find this man, if my daughter says thats him...there is a feeling in me right now that I cant even explain. Its a mix between relief and fury. My heart is not that forgiving . My daughter will never walk to or from school again. Period. Its not negotiable.
