Schedule Starting July 15 Zumba 6:00 am Monday, Wednesday, Friday Zumba 5:00 pm Tuesday, Thursday Ball Aerobics 6:00 am Tuesday, Thursday Ball Aerobics 5:00 pm Monday, Wednesday Yoga 6:00 pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday New Classes will be added and the schedule will be changed as our equipment arrives! Class Descriptions Zumba® (55 minutes) combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the participants to dance away their worries & 500-700 calories. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO" in order for Zumba® participants to stick to the Zumba® fitness program to achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba® is not only great for the body, but is also great for the mind. It is a "feel-happy" workout. . .be prepared to sweat! Yoga (55 minutes) is a slow practice of postures sequenced in an intuitive manner with attention to alignment details, healthy transitions between postures, and the integration of breath and attention. Each class strives to maintain an even ratio of flexibility, strength, and balance postures. Tone and Sculpt Ball Aerobics (55 minutes) is a combination of lower body, abs, and lower back exercises to tone, sculpt, and strengthen the lower body and core.
