Scheduler - Administration - Newington Fantastic opportunity to join a market leader Newington location Full time 2 year fixed term What you will be delivering As a member of a small, but focussed team reporting directly to the Works Planning Team Leader your key responsibilities will include: Schedule Work/Service orders for electrical metering technicians using a field mobility system Strict adherence to current NECF requirements by ensuring that customers are notified of pending outages via letter mail outs Liaise with both internal technicians and subcontractors regarding the allocated work to ensure jobs are updated, re-schedule or correctly finalised via the field mobility system Monitor the utilisation of field staff to maintain a cost effective service through transparent reporting processes Responding to general enquiries and customer and client complaints Support contract management staff to ensure efficiency is maximised What we like about you The successful candidate will possess: Excellent organisational and communication skills Experience in coordinating field services type work involving sub-contractors Outstanding computer skills with intermediate to advanced working knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Word and Outlook The ability to prioritise and co-ordinate high volume workloads The ability to build and maintain relationships with field technicians, field based team leaders and contractors Effective communication and negotiation skills using a variety of tools including telephone and email Past experience in the metering industry will be highly regarded A high level of analytical and problem solving skills Demonstrated high level of accuracy and attention to detail A passionate commitment to safety In return We offer you an inclusive team environment with a vibrant and supportive culture.
