Scott Panetti, this poor guy has serious mental problems and hes due for execution this Wednesday in Texas. All he did was kill his in-laws(oh, Kate says thats a bad thing to say, sry) and showed up to court in a purple cowboy suit, where he defended himself, which of course is another huge red-flag. I found the petition andll post it in the comments. They are almost up to 100,000 so far. I dont think this guy deserves the death penalty.
