Sean Horton is a 13 year-old, 8th grade student at West Lake Middle School. Sean is an excellent student, talented athlete, role model to all the younger kids he encounters and truly one of the best kids you could ever meet. In September 2014, Sean was diagnosed with anaplastic lymphoma and immediately began his fight with cancer.Hoops 4 Horton fundraiser is a 3 on 3 basketball tournament, we are hoping to raise money for Sean and his mom to assist with any unforeseen expenses that they may incur during his battle with lymphoma.
