Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice a plus.DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Assist with the development and ongoing maintenance of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) by following current policies and making timely suggestions for improvement. Triage DLP incidents on a daily basis, correctly classifying all data based on agreed-upon rules with customer resources and previously acquired knowledge. Follow all ISO 27001 security controls, policies and procedures. Lead by example by maintaining a high standard of compliance. Review data patterns for malicious and suspicious activity or broken business processes. Identify violations of corporate governance policies and government regulations. Tune DLP policies to exclude false positive incidents and to ensure that all relevant information is properly included in DLP rules. Test alternative methods for incident detection without disrupting customer production environments. Report system deficiencies to Pod Leaders and Team Managers for escalation to vendor resources..QUALIFICATIONS: 1-2 years of business data analysis, forensic computer investigation or information security analysis preferred. Information or Network Security experience a plus. Working in information security analyst, business analyst or information technology or computer investigative role. Experience in Criminal Justice or Law Enforcement a plus. Computer or cyber forensics and investigations experience a plus.REQUIRED: Background in IT system analysis, forensic investigations or business process analysis.
