Read through the job description and send in resumes to mark@burmasterrealestate We are currently seeking an experienced vendor coordinator to work side by side with our senior property manager and maintain all work orders, turnover and the inspection program of all our units. Work orders come in everyday as properties need constant maintenance to keep them going. We need someone that has experience working with vendors, coordinating vendor schedules and following up with vendors/tenants once the work has been completed. Ideal candidate should also have solid follow up skills and be able to check in and make sure vendors are completing work in a timely manner. Candidate must have experience running a vacant property turnover. That means candidate knows how to acquire bids for the turn, present bids to manager for approval from the owner and then have them run the full turnover with the property manager. Candidate would work with all vendors in coordinating their schedules to make sure vendors work in unison with no issues or serious overlap during the process. Lastly, candidate must have experience in some fashion of employee management. Candidate is expected to assist the property manager in running two leasing agents out in the field doing our annual inspection program. Candidate helps to make sure these two agents can meet our minimum of 15 inspections a week. Candidate is in office awaiting the reports from these inspections so he or she can fill out a full report and submit work orders for health and safety along with other items flagged during these inspections. This requires excellent follow up skills to make sure agents stay on task each week and maintain their quota for inspections. We are looking for someone that has experience using the Propertyware system for property management. This is not a requirement but it is an added bonus if candidate has this experience. Also, candidate should have a basic knowledge of property management and construction. Thanks again for all your help.
