Seeing a lot of people air their dirty laundry all over Facebook. I guess I just dont get it. JMO but prob not the best thing to be doing for self image or perception. 95% of my FB page is about bodybuilding, my sponsors & my progress. The limited 5% I share about my personal life is to give you a glimpse of my reality. I am not one to air my business all over facebook as the people that know me understand the person I am. IMO FB is a social media made to connect for some and to promote for others. But I think its a fine line you need to walk as well about what you post once in a while as well. Whining or bashing other just makes you look bad IMO but hey to each there own if thats what floats your boat. But think about how you sound and look for just a second and maybe take the high road.
