i am thankful i found my awesome dog nine years ago as a puppy lost in an ice storm.. even though he has torn up a door frame or carpet or two with his separation anxiety, He has been in both oceans, on tour buses, been in fancy hotels from Reno to San Fran, done countless show as the House Road Dog, helped me dig lots of holes and keep their contents safe when i lived on a weed farm and he once fought a bear when we lived in Paradise, Ca The best though is the time when a bunch of people broke down in front of my house and the Man started beating and trying to run over the 3 woman and one child he was with.. I intervened and took the car keys from the ignition. He jumped out of the car and started to sock me up pretty good He was a big angry guy. I was losing. Then out of nowhere Handsome Pete jumped in and lit this dude up..giving me the time to step back and hip toss him onto the street where i proceeded to put my hand on his throat like in Roadhouse and started to choke him to death. In the end the girl he was beating on kicked me in the face as i was choking out the big gaffoon and yelled stop it you are killing my brother! as they got in the car and drove away...but not before the guy tried to kick Petey one last time because out of all that..Petes teeth are what hurt him the most..Sure He has killed a few cats because thats what dogs do sometimes..like a cat killing a mouse..just the cycle of nature but i discourage this behavior... All in All my dog is about as cool as most of your children so..yeah im thankful for him and shit
