Seeing things in the Spirit . . . Its a great shame that you cannot share some things with everybody; especially things of a truly Spiritual nature. I recall a renown conference speaker making a statement once that only those who have been there would understand. He commented, that we can take things out of our private prayer closet and share it with some of our peers, and they would kill us dead. Its fair to say, some things you will not know, until you have gone through the painful process of it; the hard way. One might ask, just how deep in the Spirit some of us were to begin with. It never made sense to me, that we could read the sacred texts, yet deny ourselves the same experiences. There were so many signs, wonders and miracles that happened in the Old Testament; incredible feats in the Spirit and things most of us could only dream of. Its all there; clear and precise. Yet, dont let anyone today say they have had such experiences. If any were to say to their fellow churchgoers, that any of this has happened to them, youre already considered a fanatic. Your experience even denied. But what about the New Testament. I thought anyone who was truly born of the Spirit and baptized, could have the same supernatural occurrences that the apostles and the early church had. I also thought most of us would have been so excited to know, there were those among us who did. May I humbly ask; what have you seen in the Spirit. What manifestations of the power and Spirit of God, have you seen that you dare not share with any of your fellow journeymen. The ability to see things in the Spirit, is the right of every born-again believer. Why wouldnt the Spirit also gift many to do so. I think I can say without much searching, that the apostles and the early church shared all of the great manifestations of the Spirit that occurred among them; and they were glad and happy about it. Common place or mainstream or not, some folks might as well get ready to see some things they havent seen before. I believe God is going to show some people, a few things they didnt expect to see. The scripture spoke of things being opened in the Spirit, that beforehand, have all been hidden. And the Spirit is going to sanction many who have already been seeing what the Spirit sees; but until now, have been ridiculed and criticized for doing so. Why would we have less than the early church. True prophets of today, why would they see and hear less than those of the old day. A huge angel walked in front of me last evening; I could see it. Its not the first time. I am at a crossroads; one of the most serious I have ever faced. I cannot simply rely on what men can do for me today; I need supernatural intervention in my life; and so do you. I see some things as absolutely impossible; there is no way. But I am looking with my natural eye; with what man can do or not do. If I cant see what the Spirit sees, Ill continue to hover in fear and loss. Its time we use what we have; what the Spirit has given us. Our direction, and our survival, will depend upon it. Stay humble; the Spirit will prevail.
