Senator Shaheen spoke on the senate floor this morning to call for passage of the Protect Women’s Health from Corporate Interference Act, also known as the “Not My Boss’ Business Act.” The legislation, introduced in response to the Supreme Court’s Hobby Lobby Stores decision, would make sure that no employer who provides group health insurance coverage to its employees can deny specific health benefits, including contraception coverage, to employees or their dependents.
