Send us all away The tears and years pass quickly by, since I have been at home. I’ve seen lovers, friends, and warriors die, so often left alone. I have felt the agonies of love and hate, seen too many wars. I’ve watched as the world withers away, and seen ideals all torn. I’ve seen nations rise, fall, and divide, seeing truths become a lie. I’ve seen with every sorrow and every cruelty, that sorrows multiply. I have seen the damage of a thousand years, occur in just one day. I’ve seen too many blink and miss the moment, and watched love slip away. I have read the words of every single god, that I could ever find to read. I have watched the righteous walk on by, a myriad in need. I have seen the family dissipate, to include the human, all to beasts. I’ve watched the hungry, watch the chosen few, sit behind their feasts. I’ve seen entertainment that is a mockery, to every piece of the soul. Condition the world in such a way, that I can’t afford the toll. The excuses will run rampant, for the hate and violence that was spread. They will justify their actions even as they walk over the dead. It was not for the body the school was made, we’ve created hell by intent. All know every rule so deep within, and all will play ignorant. When asked one day in heaven, this is what I’ll say. I’ve seen the world, as it really is, send us all away.
