Senior Manager of Store Development (1875-647): Details: SUMMARY: The Senior Manager of Store Development provides management, planning, process improvement, financial oversight, while overseeing the entire lifecycle of store development projects. The position will also be responsible for managing the store development team to ensure all projects are completed on time and within the established budgets. Due to the nature of this position, it will be critical for the manager to maintain the highest standards of excellence in all duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Develop and manage project plan and timeline for all construction projects. Ensure timely and effective communication with all departments involved with the project. Manage contracts, contractors, and suppliers to ensure all scopes of work are completed to agreed criteria. Ensure compliance to lease exhibit to achieve work letter compliance. Develop budgets and scope of work for approval by senior leadership. Review, estimate and manage the costs of projects from inception to completion. Audit and report on contractor performance to senior leadership as well as providing ongoing feedback on performance to vendors and contractors. Follow up on contractual obligations to ensure completion of agreed upon scope of work. Manage tenant allowance collection and reporting. Partner with development managers to adhere to budgets and timelines. Coordinate punch list items and any open permit or application items to ensure project completion. Provide historical analysis on construction costs in support of estimating process. Document all assigned duties as part of the overall construction process and procedure manual. Coordinate 90 day follow up plan on all projects to ensure work standards are met or exceeded. Coordinate post project review with internal and external teams.
