Sensory issues can cause your child to be viewed as different by parents and children. In third grade, I was attending a club scout event and a goofy red nose clown with a lamb puppet, grabbed my cap and placed it on another kid’s head. The sensation of the clown touching my head and placing my cap on the other child caused me to have a honey-badger moment. I quickly yelled and snatched the puppet and proceed to strike the clown in the head with it. It looked like a scene from a Homie the Clown skit in Living Color. “I don’t think so Homie don’t play that,” as Homie beats someone upside the head with his dirty brown sock. https://youtube/watch?v=AoBkdyGhJNo
