Part-Time Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) Case Manager Minimum Requirements: Possesses a minimum of 1-3 years comparable experience conducting community outreach and working with homeless individuals and families; knowledge of community resources and services for the homeless; ability to interact with all types of people and make presentations to both large and small groups; ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure and time sensitive environment; excellent verbal and written communication skills; organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and strong time management skills; and ability to use computers and proficiency in Microsoft Office software or other tracking system. Must have a valid Drivers License and a dependable, insured vehicle. Associates in Social Service: Social Work, Psychology, Human Service, Sociology (Bachelors Preferred).
