Seriously how hard can it be Guys!..All you popular eateries/ pubs/ restaurants out there...One! Just one vegan option on your menu...and dont get daft with suggesting a green salad!...Grrrr! And how often have I had someone in management shrug their shoulders and tell me they dont cater for special diets !!! OMW... I mean how hard can it be? Its not like you have to buy in any special ingredients! Its not rocket science guys, wake up... Im seriously sick of having to settle for fries! If you are preparing and serving food to the public ....and this is your domain youd be best advised to get with the times! Thank you to Jooma ( Westville and Kloof) Chez Nous, Ninos (Village Market) Mugg n Bean (Westville Mall) for making a creative effort to accommodate... next step is offering menu items :-D And to the finer restaurants... where the chef himself is, more often than not, most gracious and creative in accomodating...leaving fellow guests jealous they didnt order along with me... Thank you. And to those of you rolling your eyes at this post....... Imagine going into a restaurant with all your friends....Good music...smiling waitrons....great ambience....seated and you are handed a menu... And the only thing being served on the menu are members of your extended family...!
