Seriously, what is wrong with law enforcement today, this is basic police work make sure you have the correct address or at the very least make sure you are not going to an obviously incorrect one before you come busting in like a lunatic. I say we propose new laws nationwide whereby if a law enforcement agency does this to a citizen they are responsible for all damages and they are also responsible if the residents react violently to defend themselves. Perhaps that will make agencies and communities force their officers to be more diligent in checking out leads/tips before they run off and get a citizen or an officer killed.
