Serving up authentic Oregon cuisine from the Portlandia booth at The World Kitchen event in Okayama this weekend. On the menu: Oregon wine, Stumptown Coffee and Lemonade (sold by the kids), Smoked Salmon, Rogue Smokey Blue Cheese and Spicy Rosemary Roasted Caramel Hazelnuts Appetizer plate, Clam Chowder and Hazelnut Brownies. We were SOLD OUT of everything but white wine by 6pm. Portlandia Staff would like to thank all our friends for coming and special Thanks to Chefs Paul Delaney and Naomi Fukushima for their culinary contributions.
