Sesekali nge-Inggris hehhe Parents, Teachers and Governments are three aspects which is cant be separate in education. All of them are responsible to make better education in this nation. None of them can walk alone. Recently, everyone seems to busy on judging the teacher in child crime during school time. There is a lot of video had uploaded on Facebook, YouTube and other social media. People seem to forget about the bad effects after that, especially to the children. Well, I will try to analyze on my point of view. I had watched that video full this morning. I tried to see second by second. Oh God, how come children under 12 years old can do such kind of that trial? I tried to flash back on my childhood. It was something normal that we argued with other friends because of some reasons. For example: My friend called my mothers name as a joke. I cant stand on it. I tried to do the same thing. I called as the nature of kid. In my childhood, none of us hit or kick like I watched in this video. What I watched in this video is like the children already know how to fight. I looked at how his hand slaps the innocent girl in the corner. I saw on how his leg kicks so many times. It was outside normal action on his age. One statement come in my mind. What did he do before? Lets see. Almost of the people directly judged to the teacher. Where is the teacher during the school? Why she/he leaves the student without any kind of protection inside? It is the fault of the government. I think, it times for us (parents, brothers and sisters) to correct or to judge yourself. What I mean is how far his parents contribute during his life? Do their parents too busy with their own job and ignore his time for growing as a good child? Do their parents listen to his/her problems after the school is over? How is the brothers and sisters react to their problem. It is dauntless or how? Lets see from two aspects: Religion and behave. Are the parents already giving good basic or faith to their kids? What should the kid do when someone bothers him? What is the polite ways and words to say in person who disturb him/her. Then, does parents monitoring with his/her gadget? Do parents know the function of hand phone? It is because of necessity or pride? No need to answer because you already have your own answered. There are a lot of applications on his/her gadget, example game online. Children under 12 years old have high motivation to know something new. If parents cant control this behave she/he can be bad in the future or in society. On game online, visualization, audio and imagination are combined together. Good parents will know how to balance this condition. They will lead the children to be better. In fact, not all parents understand with this phenomenon. They just say that it is enough only at school. Parents should have paid more attention. Let takes some time focus to our children, ask them, hug them, share and listen to their story of life. Then, please give them solution or conclusion at the end of the conversation between you and your children. It is not only about children, but also parents contributed indeed. Another part is a teacher. Does the teacher know what is the meaning of being a teacher? A person who ready to take a risk with all of the conditions of student such as mood, character, behaves, faith and all of the ideas related to children. Is it the teacher have a thousand ways to make the student under 12 years old understand? Each student is unique. They have different characteristic for each of them, but most teachers generalized based on their perspective not based on student psyche. Please do not judge them as a naughty student or as bad tempered one. Try to be close with them. As the reason why they acted like that before you make own conclusion. Last not least is government side. Does the government provide based curriculum? Will this curriculum give more advantages rather than disadvantages? Based on the recent video, I make my hypothesis that changing curriculum for so many times is not an effective way indeed. Please look at our curriculum and the effect to the students. Do they go to school to study or just because of afraid of their parents punishment or just want to get higher score and rank in the class? So many reasons to know the answer. Then, the relationship between government and the Teacher. Does the government provide enough salary for them? Why they should fill another extra credit class to get certified? As my conclusion, please be more wiser to see a case. Kindly do not judge someone else or others for our own mistake. Nothing better rather than fix what had already broke called “moral value” good evening everyone. Jakarta, 13 October 2014
