Several leaders from rebels and militia groups in the Central African republic, as well as former Presidents Francois Bozize and Michel Djotodia have been named by the Amnesty International rights group among individuals believed to be responsible for atrocities recently committed in the war torn country. It named members and allies of the anti-balaka and Seleka armed groups suspected of involvement in serious human rights abuses. It outlined their roles and established their possible criminal responsibilities. The report also called for the investigation, prosecution and punishment of the perpetrators.
