Several months back, James Lafferty gave me a few bottles of a Peach Ginger Ale to try, and I think he said it was from someone in this group. I tried it back then, but thought the ginger was way too spicy for my preference. Yesterday I was cleaning out the refrigerator and opened another bottle, and it is AWESOME! Ginger has mellowed nicely, peach is still present (the boyfriend thought it was mango before I told him it was peach). So now I need to know, whos was it and can I have the recipe?? Pretty please? :) PS: I still have one bottle left if youve never had an aged version of it.
