Shamus Deyo MPLS MN I wrote My first poem at 15 years old, 46 years ago, since then My Rhymes Have Daunted me, Haunted Me, Pounded and Ground me Down, like a Lexiconographer Hammering out Words on a steel anvil, and newly formed Syllables ring out in the Night, as the Darkness Falls. before the Dawn. and I yawn to get up and write another verse...drinking from the stream, drinking from the stream, quenching my Verse in the Stream of Consciousness, that flows through the corridors of Time, and since my Rhymes have Daunted me.....
