She said it all. I have a diagnosis of MECFS. I too have lost friends and family members along with my career. I am constantly being told if i would just get out of the house and do things i would feel better. I did attempt to play the piano for a church but crashed and I am not sure that I will go back to my former baseline. At least I was 53 years old when MECFS happened to me and I too am crashed. I was a lively busy type A Masters prepared Family Nurse Practitioner and loved my job. I have lost so much. I have a best friend and my brother Gary and his wife Brenda who have not forgotton me. My yard and house is a mess and I have no help. I always paid it forward . I have been told that I was sinning because I am not using my talent. Yes people do not know how horrible it is for those of us living with MECFS. I also have more auto immune diseases. I hope this film helps people understands the struggles living with MECFS. So many of us take our lives to end the loneliness. Please pass this along, not for me but for all those others with MECFS.
