She thinks she lives at the shelter, bless her heart. I hate to see a GREAT dog overlooked. My pal at Amherst sent me this write up. I have met this girl personally and she won me over in half a second. For those folks out there looking for a low maintenance lovable trustworthy companion with their kids and busy life.....THIS IS YOUR DOG!!!!!!!!!!!!! -laura This is our pure doll Chloe, she’s been patiently waiting for her forever home at the Humane Society of Amherst County for some time now. Why is she getting overlooked ? She’s got gorgeous swirls, she’s an ideal small-medium size, low maintenance and house trained !!! such an easy dog. Chloe was just at a huge event at Central Elementary school on November 11th with over 180 people in attendance and Chloe couldn’t have been better with over 20 kids clustered around her; she did nothing but lick faces and hands and roll over on her back. Chloe loves people and would be a wonderful, loving pet for someone that is content to have just one dog. Chloe does get alone with some dogs but not all dogs. She loves to snuggle and is so appreciative for any attention and boy did she love her photo shoot. Chloe is fully vetted, spayed, heartworm negative, on h/w preventative, micro-chipped and house-trained. She’s a Mountain Cur/Terrier mix that loves her belly rubs, being taken on long walks and enjoys a good evening cuddle. Come meet her at the Humane Society of Amherst County or call to meet her after hours if needed. 434-946-2340. PLEASE SHARE...shes been waiting patiently to walk out our doors to a new loving home.
