Shhh...its the husbands (Coach Roberts) birthday today and as hes not a swimmer, he asked politely last week if his birthday could be a day that is free of me doing any swimming, me talking about swimming, me talking about future swim events, me telling him all the wonderful stories about swimming from the wonderful world of DYST. Hes not addicted like us you see...yet...Im trying, so today will be a dry day, but I cant resist having a surreptitious look at what my wet friends are up to and dreaming of the sea whilst hes in the shower. Shhh dont tell him Im on DYST! Im being naughty and getting my quick fix. P.S.
