Shipping Admin Asst ($1.5k-$1.7k) (Lavender) --RESPONSIBILITIES-- Ensure accuracy & compliance of required import and export documents Meet up with new & existing freight forwarders for negotiation Monitoring of import & export shipments and follow up with relevant parties if any issues arise Work effectively with all internal departments for all shipments execution Records and maintain shipping files & records on customs declaration, charges and other dispatch information Provide assistance and perform other ad-hod duties as and when assigned.
