Shiva has hold the skin of Gajasura in upper right & upper left hand.The head of an elephant (Gajasura) is shown at the end of skin.In some sculptures the tail is shown at the other end.Shiva has hold trident in his lower right & lower left hand .He has lifted Andhakasura on it.Shiva is standing in alidhasana. Shiva has a kapala in his left hand. The Sculptor has shown devotee(Shivgan)under the left foot of Shiva.The Shivgan has hold lotus floor on his head on which Shiva has kept his left foot.Next to it is One of the Matruka with kapala, Possibly Chamunda( note her stomach,it has gone inside) .Next is Parvati shown little afraid, has kept her right hand on the thigh of Matruka.Above Parvati,followers of Shiva e.g ghost,Vetal etc have come for the feast(to eat the dead body of the demon)& he is shown in happy mood.Hats off to the sculptor for an amazing creation.
