Shoot to kill I didnt want to get into this discussion when it was still hot iron..bcoz i thought the presidents state of the nation speech ...which anyway remains what it is...would insinuate a guard of civil liberties...hard won. He claims and urges the same hungry, insecure and sick kenyans to respect the const. and be patriotic... and allow the police to invade their privacy and shooting them on suspection or round up hustling youth who are out there frustrated and doing the best they can to survive. Instead of making it easier for them by providing opportunities, realizable..40% unemployment rate...and we are still thinking killing them will solve it...well yea, if autocrat bourgeous are the only ones left, it will be safer but for them. Dont imprison and kill us for being jobless...protect hard won civil liberties..tap the energy not destruct it. I love my country because first of, the people in it, the diversity. PATRIOTIC TO THE BORN.
