Should you be required to be shot at before you shoot at someone? Should you have to inspect the weapon being pointed at you before you shoot the person pointing it at you? Do we need to wait to see if the bullet coming at you is rubber, a BB, a paint ball, or an AK round before you shoot back??? or do we just need to use our brains and freeze when the cop says FREEZE!!!!! Let me run through that crowd of protesters on the street, with a toy AK 47 and see how many of them wait to see if it is real before they run from me or shoot my ass!!!
