This was taken yesterday at Avas first birthday party. I cant believe my little angel is a year old already. And how much she has changed since she got here and I snipped her cord. It was the most amazing day of my life seeing Ava born and being with Lisa to share it. Since then Ive fallen in love with Ava and fatherhood to boot! Its been a year full of the most joyful life changing moments being a dad can bring. From rolling over for the first time, to watching her giggle on nappy landing after her first step. The noises shes made, the faces shes pulled, the variety of poos, the tears at nothing and the tears for something, the laughs the giggles, the first word and the next. She even took a fractured wrist from trying to fly completely in her stride. Amazing everyday. I love her to bits and couldnt be prouder. From a dad looking forward to everyday yet to come x And a huge thanks to Simone and Andy Phillips for hosting an excellent party for Ava! It was joy to watch her :0)
