Show me a Stylist who’s relocated to three salons in 18 months and I’ll show you a hairdresser who’s looking for happiness by changing their geography. Of course there are situations that warrant moving on to the next era. However if you’re 3 moves inside of 18 months and you’re still looking for ‘the right salon’ best you stop looking on the outside and turn inside to see what’s off in you before you become a ‘job hopper’ and stay on a loop of starting over. There’s an old adage that says: ‘wherever you go-there you’ll be- waiting for you to get there’. Which means when a person changes their geography in order to get away from their problems - their problems inevitably follow them to their new location a few days after they arrive. Yes it takes courage to change the inside but for those who possess such courage OMG does the dynamite boom.....more wisdom from MC
