Showers becoming restricted to Northern and Western parts of Scotland overnight, and over the very highest ground across the Central Highlands and The Cairngorms the showers could turn wintry at times as some cooler air filters down. Elsewhere a mostly dry night to come with skies clearing quite widely. This will allow the temperatures to drop down to single figures for many areas, with the risk of a slight frost across rural parts of Central Scotland, and it also brings the risk of a little mist or fog developing across Central and Southern parts of England and Wales towards morning. A much better day to come tomorrow with mostly dry and fine conditions and some widespread bright or sunny spells developing. Becoming cloudier from the South towards evening though.
