Shyamalas Culinary Classes Announces the 4th Intensive cake decoration workshop for this year on 23rd & 24th July 2014. We take only 6 girls for the workshop & the first day practice for various piping techniques are given along with making of fondant & few basic flowers made with the same. The second day each student make a decorative cake all by herself under the guidance of Shyamala Sivaraman. The designs & decorative techniques are taught by us & the students follow step by step instructions to create beautiful cakes. On the same day they also make one doll cake each & put them together to make a May pole dance cake.Details of the class follows. Cakes to be decorated: 1) Corn on the Cob Cake. 2) Wedding Bell Cake. 3) Gift Box Cake 4) Strawberry Basket cake 5) Shaded Flower Cake 6) Valentines Day Cake 7-12) Different designed Doll Cakes 13) May Pole Dance Cake. If you know to bake a cake but dont know to pipe and decorate it, then this is definitely the right workshop. This will be an Intensive workshop inclusive of Lunch for two days.
