Warm up 5 min elliptical. Get the blood pumpin. Foam rolled and stretched for 10 min and did about 20 jumping lunges. Squats 4x10 Superset with barbell one arm squat press 8 each arm Romanian Deadlift 4x12 make sure to make that booty look nasty(squuuueeze) Bulgarian lunges 3x15 (each leg) Superset calve raises 25 Glute bridge 4x15 Sumo squat 4x10 Abs 10 hanging leg lifts (try not to swing) Mason twist 50 Leg lifts 25 Bicycles 50 Sit ups 25 X3 15 min hiit cardio
