Significance of ” Bomma Gulu” As always, it start with Lord Vigneshwara –the one who removes all the obstacles from the path of victory. Next is Lord Krishna-who delivered the great message of Bhagvath Gita to humanity, showed human beings how to lead a practical life to divinity and super consciousness. The main highlight of Navarathri festival is Gulu ie, the arrangement of deity in nine levels .The first three days we worship Goddess Kali-who represents’ thamo guna’ (mind with sleep ,desire, lust, lazy, bad thoughts) and next three days we worship Goddess Lekshmi represents ‘Rajo guna’( perfrom actions) and last three days we worship Goddess Sraswathi represents ‘sathvi guna’(fresh and pure mind). That means change ourselves from thamo guna to rajo guna to sathvi guna. on the last we celebrate the victory of sathvi guna over the other two. As a sadhaka, what we have to identify is ,that these three different actions come from one source or power and this one source is know by different names. we have to take this great message from this outside arrangement of gulu to our body ,body to mind ,mind to intellectual ,intellectual to consciousness, and consiouness to super consciousness. Love love love bliss.
