Simple Shoulder Mobility Exercises - using a resistance band Shoulder mobility is really important especially given how much use we give them during pole! Using the green resistance band you can partner stretch your shoulders by releasing the shoulder capsule - enabling greater range of motion in the stretch. These stretches can be used before and after to help mobilise your joints. You can move around gently working the soft tissue of the joint to find where you need, and play with externally rotating your wrist and arm to find different areas of tightness. This is just a very small example of how to use these bands - Ive found them very useful in my preparation and recovery from training.
