When you are arrested and go before an arraignment a public defender talks to you and says this is the charge against you and you are now going to go before a magistrate and enter a plea, Would you like me to represent you? Answer no, but require a writing instrument and allow me to provide an answer to the magistrate. When you are brought before the magistrate, if he does not bring up your notice, you bring it up, did you not read the notice I provided? The answer or notice will say: Is there a verified criminal complaint before this court? if there is not a verified criminal complaint before this court can you please stay court for 72 hours so I can compensate the man I have done wrong of his injuries. If I cannot settle with the man that claims I injured him I will come back. But if you have no verified criminal complaint you have no case if there is no injured party. if you enter a plea for me and if an injured party doesn’t appear I am going to sue you. If you are asked if you have anything to say to the court, don’t say anything. Anything you submitted to the court gets thrown out the window. if you say anything else in court. You are starting a whole new contract with the judge. Just say, do you not have what I wrote to you in front of you? That’s all I have to say to the court.
