Simple tuna sandwich in which you can sneak that extra protein in to hit your macros as well substitute the bread for salad mix. In this I have a can of tuna with 60g of protein including egg whites, 1tsp of mayo with olive oil, mustard, double fiber bread (key word fiber and whole grain), peppers, onions, and life is good. Very simple, adjust portions to servings and macros. I took out yolks for my daily fat intake goals. Lets be great, #TeamEClass
