Since Ive been on Facebook, Ive learned a lot about our 2 party political system. The Democrats are pro education, equal rights, job creation, affordable healthcare, Veterans benefits, infrastructure repair and upgrades, immigration reform etc. All these things will greatly benefit everyone. However, the Republicans block all of this to what end? What is their real agenda? What are they trying to accomplish by obstructing everything that would make life easier and happier for so many of us? Are they afraid that a successful Democratic President will sway voters from voting in their favor in the future? An influx of immigrants will likely vote for the party that made it possible to live here and that is also a major fear of the Republicans. Can anyone elaborate on this and give me a better picture of what they are really trying to accomplish because I just dont see how anything would be better under Republican leadership. You have to admit, they have a very poor track record.
