Since Shaniqua Leonard, felt she had to delete a post, I will repost on my page, obviously a person must feel they want to dish it for years, but now cant take it! So Dawn Mason, back to what I was saying, when Shaniqua stated everything has a choice, and I begged to differ. I gave a thorough, elaborate example on how that is not the case for everything, and brought up the subject of rape, and how you dont choose to be raped, and a person does not choose, to be threatened, beaten, abused, etc. Or how a person does not choose to be a target, or bullied. Or how I had a personal experience and chose to make reports on multiple occasions, and I chose, to seek help on multiple occasions. Dawn Mason and Brianna Betton obviously had an issue with my making that statement, and recommend that someone whom is raped should let it go, along with the hurt, pain, fear and anger. They stated that I was lashing out at them, when I in fact made it clear I was sharing an experience, and responding to a comment, I also made it clear that I made it clear to the individuals whom I had to directly, and that I dont feel the need to hide behind others, when I address someone, they know its coming from me, I make that clear, which freedom of expression is a given, and is that what facebook is for? I then stated that is an arrogant, ignorant statement to make. I made a example of if someone gets slapped across the face very hard, that is going to hurt, and nothing can make it not hurt. I then stated a person can set their emotions to the side on certain situations and circumstances, however that only goes so far, and can only last for so long, before the person gets to a point where enough is enough. I stated when given someone elses personal rape experience, that justice should be sought, and I gave my personal experience of a rape by two people at the same time, that were related to my children, and how I deem it essential to seek justice, to protect my children, and not continue to allow them to use my children to control or manipulate me any longer. I stated that if a woman defends herself by all means necessary, she will get more time than the man, and how I felt it was a double standard that society places on females. I also stated an example, of if a boy grows watching his mother get treated in a bad way, or getting abused, and disrespected, he will grow to think that is the norm, and if a female grows watching her mother getting disrespected, she will believe that is acceptable, and will never learn to value herself, or even know what it is to set standards. I was then told even Jesus followed in his fathers footsteps etc, I then stated I am not going to compare myself to Jesus. I told Dawn Mason that I am sorry if she didnt value herself enough, to feel like she is worth fighting for, I dont have to feel that way either. Dawn Mason then made the statement that she is choosing to let the conversation go, and that I got way over my head etc., I then stated, that with her being one of Wanda Johnsons son, kids mother, one of many, and with having a kids grandmother whom was over 50, and her putting a bullet up to my head, and telling me it has my name on it, when I was 19, and holding my newborn in my hands, while she had kids older than me, I could see where the ignorance was coming from. I also stated the fact that her (Dawn Mason), kids father, kept selling crack on the side of my house when I lived on Congress Street, and telling his clients he lived there, and when I told him to stop doing that, his girlfriend/other kids mother at that time, was Chrissy, and she started screaming from down the street, and they called CPS on me, for telling them to keep their crack sales by their own house. I also stated that I wasnt the only one whom had to keep telling them to get away from my house, my landlord, and his family had to as well. I also stated that everyone around seen the torment, Wanda, and her kids put me through, with the exception of two, cause she had her girls in on it too. Obviously someone was bothered that I told the truth again, and the post got deleted, if not, they would have objected and stated their case!
