Since his appointment Kgosi has never had meetings with his directors not even once. His directors are never part of any decision that he makes like procurements, decision to have new offices, transfers,promotions etc. He does all procurement by himself and the only persons that he involves are some of the female junior officers who he has personal relationship with. Directors do not know how he procures vehicles,engage companies that provide services to the DIS etc. The finance director is only directed to go and deposit money into foreign accounts and never told what she is paying.
