Since my last post,...I got my double in yesterday. T25 total body and ab intervals. Shakes for breakfast erryday. Dinner yesterday was Panko crusted pork chops. Not the best, but I needed some calories. Ive been snacking like crazy on some lunch meat. Ill take some lunch meat, throw some cucumbers and cilantro on it, dash of hot sauce and lime. ☺️. Might have a couple or few of them. When theyre that healthy, whose counting, right? Today I did another 5.3 miler. Did some sprints in there telephone pole to pole. Wore my HRM for the 1st time on a run. Getting it up in the 190s, so definitely let it come down for a FEW poles in between back to 160s before I get it going again. I do like to keep it up there though for max effect. Followed that with a little back and abs. 3 sets of unassisted pull-ups, barbell rows and one arm rows, hanging leg raises, weighted knee bench tucks, and cpt chair knee raises. Feeling tired now and I love it. Maybe that will solve my imsomnia problem. Work out harder....hope yall had a great, what day is it?
