Healing (internal injuries), encouragement, steadfastness, freedom 2. His family: wife, Naghmeh, and children, Rebekka (8) & Jacob (6). 3. That Pastor Saeed’s imprisonment would bring a greater awareness of persecution, be a tool in protecting religious freedom and that those imprisoned with him would know Jesus as their Savior. OTHER PRAYER CONCERNS: 1. Praise for the release of Meriam Ibrahim (Sudan) and for the visions of Christ being reported by Muslims in the Middle East. 2. Grace & strength for persecuted Christians worldwide. Pray that they will be a light for Jesus wherever they are. 3. For the families of the persecuted, that they would grow strong in their faith and not resentful. Pray that they would be a witness. 4. For the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, that many would come to know Jesus throughout the Middle East and in other parts of the world. 5. Pray for those who don’t know Jesus and many who aren’t Christians who are persecuted. Pray all know Him. 6. Pray for the missionaries in these areas of persecution—for strength, protection, provision. 7. Revival in our cities as thousands of Christians (460+ locations in 30 countries) gather to pray for the persecuted church. RESOURCES: 1.
