Since the car accident I have not been exercising. Although not really hurt in the accident there has been a lot of tension in my shoulders and back. A little while back I decided that I would do the 10,000 steps a day. Although I have not done them every since day I have done it the majority of the time. Today I am declaring my intention to get in 3 workouts a day. It can be racquetball or weights or skating or whatever but I am going to get back into the habit or stretching my bodys limits.
