Since the whole thanksgiving thing I have done a lot of thinking..... Looking back now, when I was growing up I was very ungrateful for a lot of things. Not saying I totally regret it, because I think everyone is when they are younger. But I now understand the extreme importance of cherishing everything that we have and have been given. People come and people go, its those that come out of nowhere and stand beside us from the get go that get us through, that make life what it is, its also those that have also been there the whole time that we just become accustomed to being there, like our families and close friends. If it wasnt for you guys, I know I wouldnt be where I am today. And from the bottom of my heart, I thank you. Another thing I have come to realize, is material things dont matter ( Ive always know this, it just rings more true as I get older). They dont matter.... They dont hug you when youre down, they dont listen and talk you through the hard times... They just dont. They dont prove a thing, so dont consume yourself with things that wont consume themselves with you. Again, I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
