Since yesterday many have posted about the horrific scene of multiple horses found dead & others...left to rot in a Colorado barn. It is confirmed that NCHA stallion Dual Peppy was among the severely malnourished but surviving horses. I can not wrap my mind around how any human being can just sit back & let this type of thing happen... especially when there are so many avenues where one can reach out to for help. If nothing is done then....there should be serious consequences for their actions (or lack of actions) Equally disturbing is that the authorities have allowed the surviving horses to remain in this persons care.
